DEAD CROSS Release Animated Music Video For ‘Seizure And Desist’ Track
June 19th, 2017

Californian punk group Dead Cross have released an animated music video for the track ‘Seizure And Desist’, which can be viewed below.

Bassist Justin Pearson commented: “The artist who created our album art, Eric Livingston, came up with this video. As far as I’m concerned, It sums up the current social and political climate of today. For a lot of humanity, this world is a mean motherfucking place. The video captures the severity of the times we live in, as well as a means to communicate beyond basic language using iconic imagery, campy techniques, historical relevance, as well as a glimpse into the future.”

Dead Cross issue their self-titled debut full-length studio album on August 4th, 2017 through Ipecac Recordings.

The outing was produced by Ross Robinson, and mastered at Golden Mastering in Ventura, California.

Recording sessions began with Gabe Serbian handling vocals, former guitarist for Cattle Decapitation and The Locust, his departure being confirmed on September 12th, 2016. The entrance of Faith No More frontman was revealed three months later on December 12th.

Dead Cross’ line-up is as follows;

Mike Patton (vocals, Faith No More / ex-Mr. Bungle / ex-Fantômas)
Mike Crain (guitars, Retox)
Justin Pearson (bass, The Locust / Retox)
Dave Lombardo (drums, ex-Slayer / ex-Philm)
