Denis Stoff Breaks His Silence On Asking Alexandria

Denis Stoff has spoken out about his departure from Asking Alexandria for the first time. The now former Asking Alexandria frontman responded to Sumerian Records President Ash Avildsen’s announcement that he would be releasing a video soon to detail the band changes.

In his first public comments about his departure, Stoff says he left the band because he couldn’t be “in a touring band” at this point in his life. He says there is “no drama” at this time, which is contrary to a Tweet he liked telling the Sumerian President to “fucking grow up”.

The tweet says “get a life mate, this is more unneeded drama. I would honestly expect this from a 10 year old fucking grow up” and was liked by the former Asking Alexandria vocalist.

Denis Stoff is expected to tell his side of the story in the near future and it’s likely we will see a video released by Avildsen soon as well. For their part, Asking Alexandria has been quite transparent with their fans about the band change leading up to their widely popular “10 Years In The Black” tour that is scheduled to kick off in a few days.

Danny Worsnop released a statement of his own earlier today commenting on rejoining the band, and guitarist Ben Bruce spoke out online last night.

We’ll keep you posted as we learn more. What do you think of this situation? Let us know in the Facebook comments below.
