Rage Against The Machine, Public Enemy & Cypress Hill super group?

Are members of Rage Against the Machine, Public Enemy and Cypress Hill forming a super group?
Initial reports and underground whispering have led to the conclusion that Rage Against the Machine’s Tom Morello, Tim Commerford, and Brad Wilk along with Chuck D of Public Enemy and Cypress Hill‘s B-Real have formed the group Prophets of Rage. The name is taken from a Public Enemy song.
There have been posters hung around LA, along with the creation of the website which contains a countdown clock to June 1st. Chuck D has also posted several Rage Against the Machine live performances on social media site.

The group is reported slated to appear at the Hollywood Palladium on June 3 to perform songs by all three groups.

Zack de la Rocha appears to not be involved in the project.
